I know how hard it is to choose the right person to document your once-in-a-lifetime moments. The couples who hire me value experience over things, they seek adventure in the unknown, they’re not afraid of getting wild, and they are focused on what matters to them and their relationship.
I may not be the right photographer for everyone. I genuinely believe you should pick a photographer that you vibe with.
I strive to get to know my couples on a personal level. I treat my couples as friends because I don’t want to be the stranger that shows up at your wedding. As your photographer, I’m responsible for capturing your most intimate and invaluable memories, and I don’t take that lightly. It would be awkward AF if I did not know anything about you as a couple, and I just showed up to shoot with only my expectations in mind.
You likely want someone who has taken the time to get to know you, to understand what you’re like as a couple, to know how to capture your story, and when to give you space on your wedding day. I’m a documentary-style photographer. I do my best to capture your day as it unfolds, capturing real moments, not just posed and staged moments. Your day should not be a giant staged photoshoot. It should be about celebrating your love while doing the things you love and surrounding yourself with people you intentionally chose to join your day.
